The DISTAR RAZOR cutting circle with a solid diamond-bearing layer can make an even cut without chipping. The diamond circle is universal, but it is used, as a rule, for hard ceramics, as well as soft marble and floor tiles. It is designed for dry cutting, with a cutting speed of 1.5 linear meters per minute, the disc is presented in several types with different diameters starting from 115 and ending with 230. In the most popular diameters of 125 and 230 mm, the diamond cutting layer was increased by 20% to 10 mm. In combination with the Slider Mechanic45 nozzle, you can confidently cut solid ceramic tiles at an angle of 45°.
When working with the DISTAR RAZOR disc, a smooth edge is ensured, and tile damage, coating cracking and other defects are completely eliminated.
