The versatility of 1A1R Rex cutting wheels is ensured by their manufacturing technology using vacuum sintering. Diamond grains are fixed with a strong metal bond in one layer. Grains rise above the body in large quantities. During cutting, several diamond grains with sharp cutting edges are at work at once. Cutting wheels cut any materials very quickly at a consistently high speed.
For angle grinders, wheels are supplied with an outer diameter of 125 mm with a mounting hole of 22.2 mm.
