Fast cutting of porcelain stoneware and hard ceramics
Porcelain stoneware with a thickness of more than 20 mm is becoming more and more popular, as manufacturing companies are constantly working to increase its thickness, as well as wear resistance and frost resistance. Therefore, not every diamond disc can handle such a material.
HARD CERAMICS ADVANCED is our new disc specially designed for cutting thick porcelain stoneware. The graphite crumb in its metal bundle creates a finely porous structure and acts as a solid lubricant. Laser segmentation of the diamond layer reduces the thermal load on the disc.
Available diameters: 200-350 mm, Hole: 25.4., Works only with water cooling.
