Porcelain stoneware of any thickness
A disc for high-speed cutting of porcelain stoneware and hard ceramics.
Manufacturers of ceramic tiles and porcelain stoneware are constantly working to increase frost resistance, abrasion resistance, and thickness. Granite tiles with a thickness of 20 mm and above are becoming more and more popular. Such changes lead to a decrease in machinability and ordinary diamond discs do not always cope with the task.
The HARD CERAMICS ADVANCED diamond disc is specially designed for cutting thick and durable porcelain stoneware. Graphite chips are included in the diamond-bearing layer of the disc, which create a microporous structure and act as a solid lubricant. The diamond-bearing layer is subject to laser segmentation, which reduces the effect of thermal loads on the disk. All this makes it possible to efficiently cut thick and durable granite tiles. The discs are available in diameters of 200 - 350 mm, with a seat of 25.4 mm. They are used on tile-cutting machines with water cooling.
